At the same time, this Shipping Policy clearly defines the responsibilities of all parties involved in the shipping process.

By placing an order on vicarexhealth.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Shipping Policy, our Return & Exchange Policy, and our Terms & Conditions. Your completion of checkout constitutes legally binding acceptance of these terms.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–14 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Processing times:

  • Are estimates only

  • Are not guarantees

  • May vary during high-volume periods or operational delays

We reserve the right to delay, cancel, or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, payment verification issues, inaccurate information, inventory limitations, or risk assessment concerns.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Speed

We may offer multiple delivery options at checkout, including:

  • Standard Shipping

  • Expedited Shipping

  • Overnight Shipping (when available)

Important Notice:

All delivery timeframes, including overnight services, are carrier estimates only. Once the package is transferred to the carrier, delivery speed is solely determined by the carrier.

We do not guarantee delivery dates, transit times, or arrival deadlines under any circumstances.

Payment for expedited or overnight shipping covers the carrier’s service level, not a guaranteed delivery outcome.

Shipping Rates

We ship all orders via standard carrier. Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order:

  • Up to 0.5 lb — $7.20
  • 0.5 lb to 1.5 lb — $7.20
  • 1.5 lb to 3 lb — $9.28
  • Over 3 lb — $12.00

Please note: these are our general shipping rates for the United States. The exact shipping cost for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

3. Transfer of Risk & Responsibility

Risk of loss and title for products transfer to the customer once the order is:

  • Processed

  • Shipped

  • Assigned a tracking number

Once tracking is issued, responsibility transfers to the carrier and the customer.

Vicarex Health is not liable for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Carrier delays

  • Mis-delivery

  • Packages marked “Delivered”

  • Transit damage caused by the carrier

  • Service interruptions

Carrier confirmation of delivery constitutes proof of fulfillment.

If a shipment is marked delivered, it is considered successfully completed.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If you experience:

  • A delayed shipment

  • A package marked delivered but not received

  • Suspected theft

  • Transit damage

You must contact the carrier directly to initiate a trace, investigation, or claim.

While we may assist as a courtesy, we are not legally required to replace, refund, or reship packages impacted by carrier-related issues.

Carrier-related disputes are solely between the customer and the carrier.

5. Address Accuracy & Customer Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information

  • Verifying address details prior to checkout

  • Monitoring tracking updates

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer

  • Undeliverable packages

  • Refused shipments

  • Returned packages due to address errors

If a package is returned due to customer error, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment. No refunds will be issued.

6. Shipping Fees

All shipping charges:

  • Are calculated at checkout

  • Are non-refundable

  • Apply regardless of carrier performance

Shipping fees represent payment for logistical handling and carrier service, not guaranteed delivery results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Vicarex Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from shipping delays, delivery failures, or carrier errors.

Our maximum liability, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

We expressly disclaim liability for losses resulting from carrier negligence, theft after delivery, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Fraud Prevention & Security Monitoring

To protect our customers and business:

  • All transactions are subject to fraud screening and verification.

  • We reserve the right to request identity verification.

  • IP addresses, device fingerprints, browser data, geolocation indicators, and transactional metadata may be logged.

  • Orders flagged as high-risk may be delayed, canceled, or refused.

By placing an order, you consent to these verification and security procedures.

Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes inconsistent with this policy may result in evidence submission to payment processors, financial institutions, and legal authorities.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Severe weather

  • Government actions

  • Customs delays

  • Carrier interruptions

  • Labor disputes

  • Supply chain disruptions

10. No Guarantee Clause

All shipping timelines are estimates only.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • Delivery speed

  • Carrier performance

  • Transit timing

  • Exact delivery dates

Any delivery date provided is an estimate and not a contractual guarantee.

11. Binding Agreement

By completing your purchase, you:

  • Confirm you have reviewed this Shipping Policy

  • Accept that delivery timelines are not guaranteed

  • Accept transfer of risk upon shipment

  • Agree that carrier issues are outside our control

  • Agree that shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Agree that all sales are final
